If you are having Technical Difficulties, please review these most common issues:

  1. Browser Incompatible: Please note that the IPPG systems require Internet Explorer 7.x/8.x or Firefoc 3.6.x or newer browser to function properly. If you are using an unsupported browser you are prohibited from accessing our system for security and patient safety reasons.
  2. Free text of Doctors: You MAY NOT manually enter the doctor’s name. You must ALWAYS choose the doctor’s name from the possible choices that appear below the doctor’s name form field by clicking the doctor’s name from the list
  3. Free text of Tests: When creating an order, tests may not be “free texted” which means you MUST in ALL INSTANCES choose the test from the possible choices that appear in the drop down menu below the test form field by clicking the test name from the possible choices.
