IPPG

Independent Phlebotomy Provider Group, LLC (IPPG) is a mobile phlebotomy service located in Claremont; CA. IPPG completes blood draws in six counties of Southern California.  They are an independent company, who is not part of a health care system or lab, but provides critical support for the health care industry by the service they provide. About 45% of the work is completed in the patient’s home, which requires a special set of skills, both technical and interpersonal, of the phlebotomist. The remaining, 55% of the draw orders are in long term care facilities, where the IPPG phlebotomist works within the framework of the facility.

Order Status is the process state of an order at a given time. E.g. an Order that is “Dispatched” means that the order has been dispatched to a phlebotomist for specimen collection.

Order Status - Complete

Completed orders are those orders that have been successfully drawn (for phlebotomy orders) and delivered to the lab for processing.
