Launch Mozilla Firefox the preferred browser for which the IPPG on-line ordering system was designed for. Alternatively you may use Internet Explorer 7.x or 8.x by the Microsoft Corporation but not all functions will work in Internet Explorer browsers.
Then, with your open Internet browser, type into the URL address field the following internet address: https://www.ippgonline.net

- You must have a valid user name and password to log in. If you do not have a user account please submit System Access Request form available for download here: System Access Request Form (PDF)
- After 5 failed attempts to log in your account is temporarily disabled
- If your account is temporarily disabled you will need to contact the IPPG office to reset your account
- If you have forgotten your account password you may use the “forgot password” link on the log in page
- You will be automatically logged out after 5 minutes of inactivity
Once you are logged in, depending on your user level of access category, there are a variety of actions you can perform like creating orders and reviewing order status, etc.
